Consulting & Coaching

Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”

– Mary Oliver

Imagine waking up each morning present, connected and fully engaged ready to meet life’s opportunities, challenges and adventures with a resounding “YES!”

Committing to bold outcomes—possibilities greater than ourselves— and seeing them through is a key element to living an extraordinary life.  What bold outcome would you take on if you had a personal coach in your corner?

The coaching relationship is a powerful alliance designed to forward and enhance learning, effectiveness and fulfillment while producing purposeful and powerful outcomes.

As a Transformational coach, I operate on the principle that each client is the expert in their lives, and are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. To effectively support clients, my role as your coach is to:

  • Discover, clarify, and align with what you want to achieve

  • Encourage self-discovery and empowerment

  • Elicit self-generated solutions and strategies

  • Hold you accountable for the learning and results achieved

Clients engage in weekly, one-hour coaching sessions over a ten-to-twelve week period as they work toward creating the outcomes they have defined.

Are you ready to work with a coach?

Since coaching is a partnership, ask yourself whether collaboration, other viewpoints, and new perspectives are valued. Also, ask yourself whether you are ready to devote the time and the energy to making real changes which will include stretching outside of your comfort zone.  If the answer is yes, I invite you to schedule a free, no obligation 30-minute consultation to determine if working with a coach is right for you. Please email your request to me at ktorres.catalyst@gmail.com

About Kathleen

I first came to East Wind Yoga in 2006 with a friend, and while my personal yoga practice has been sometimes on and sometimes off, I am eternally grateful to be part of the East Wind family.  There is something very special about East Wind students and teachers and this special quality is why East Wind feels like home.  It is great to be back.

I have been a professional coach for 8 years, working with private clients, business clients, and serving as a faculty coach for a company who trains leaders and coaches.  Prior to becoming a professional coach I had the good fortune of serving as an Organizational Development Consultant and Human Resources Manager for one of the world’s leading technology companies where I had the opportunity to hone my skills as a consultant and coach in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-change environment.

When I am not in the yoga studio or coaching clients I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading and being outdoors.
