I love yoga. It has been the anchoring practice to keep me steady in this whirlwind that life so often offers us. In my experience, yoga provides the tools and practice to help us move through our lives with more grace & acceptance, with less fear & judgment. For this practice I am forever grateful. I bring joy and passion into my teaching, while allowing space to process our own realities, wherever they may be. I use posture and movement as a way to work through and work with these major themes in our lives. I am passionately grateful to share the fruits of this practice: joy, gratitude, mindfulness, compassion, acceptance, balance, solidity and so much more through my teaching. As a side note, I have an incredibly cute canine that you may get to hear about in class!
