Gabrielle

Gabrielle’s yoga journey began one snowy morning in 2011 at a Vinyasa Flow class in Truckee, California where she immediately fell in love. Afterwards she felt, alive, invigorated and at home. It was the chanting, breathing, warmth and inclusivity that had her coming back again and again.
Eager to deepen this newfound practice she dove into a fully immersive 200 hour training with world renown Janet Stone. Shortly after graduation the universe put her teaching journey on pause, and after many life changes she found herself back in yoga teacher training at Temple Yoga in Reno, Nevada with Melissa Martinez-Chauvin.
After graduating with another 200 hours, the stars aligned and she found herself guiding students, holding space and sharing sacred knowledge passed down from this ancient practice. Her teaching is rooted in lineage with a contemporary twist. She strives to make every student feel welcomed, accepted and empowered and believes yoga is for everybody, and looks different in every body.
Her classes are methodically balanced between strength, opening, and mindfulness. She carefully sequences classes based on the students needs making every class unique and accessible to the practitioner.
Gabrielle is currently completing an 800 hour program to become a Yoga Therapist with Robin Geuth through the International Association of Yoga Therapists. With her certificate she plans to expand her private practice and offerings.
Join Gabrielle in class to move with intention, breath and love.
