Influenced strongly by Ana T. Forrest and the belief that Yoga is not only a life style but it is in-fact a healing modality I​ use the time in class to deepen your awareness inner healing and building strength. I​ hold a space for​ students​ to connect to self-​healing through proper alignment, breath/body awareness and getting fully into the​ body fully. I apply​ the three "I's" of Yoga, Intellect (proper alignment to keep the body safe), Intuition (inner knowing of trust that you and only you knows what your body needs) and Integration (allowing time in between postures for yoga to work its magic).
