All You Need to Know For Your East Wind Experience

We do not reserve classes online or handle class pass purchases online. We are old school so you can just show up to class. There is no need to be intimidated and it's ok if  you are! It won't take long for you to realize that you are free to work at your own pace and rest whenever and for as long as you need to. Everyone can benefit from spending time on a yoga mat.  No matter your experience or fitness level there is a place for you here.   Just show up and trust your body. 

What Should I Wear?

Dress to sweat. All classes are conducted in heated rooms.

Bring a towel, plenty of water and wear clothes that are suitable for hot conditions.

What and when should I eat?

Some people do not eat anything three hours before class and others eat lightly to maintain blood sugar levels.


Be sure to drink water a few hours before class so you are well hydrated.

What level is it?

Our students are on many levels of ability. We welcome you if you have never done yoga and we welcome you if you have been practicing for many years.


Our youngest student is eight years old and we have people practicing who are in their seventies.

What time do I get there for my first class?

Arrive 20 minutes early for your first class to sign up. Shoes are removed once you enter the lobby. We have separate dressing rooms for men and women.


Take the tour. We do not have a place to lock valuables but our facilities are safe from outside foot traffic.
