Hi, I’m Geldie. I come to the mat to build strength—not just in my muscles, but in my ability to navigate whatever life throws my way. Yoga became a powerful part of my healing journey, helping me process, release, and reconnect with myself in a deeper way.

Movement has always been part of my life. In my younger years, I was a dancer and later taught dance, cycling, and group fitness. In 2022, I found yoga—and I never left. What began as a personal practice quickly became something I felt passionate about sharing with others.

My classes focus on deep, foundational work that builds strength, balance, and presence. Through breath and mindful movement, we create space to slow down, reconnect, and meet ourselves exactly where we are. Together, we’ll move, breathe, and strengthen both body and mind in the present moment.
