As a trauma survivor, she understands the impact of life’s challenges and believes yoga is a safe haven for healing and rediscovery. This practice is not just a physical respite but a refuge for the mind and soul. In 2017, she proudly became a certified yoga instructor, driven by the desire to share the effect that yoga can have on personal growth and resilience.
