My yoga journey began at East Wind in 2011 as a purely physical practice, but over time it revealed something deeper - a way to connect mind, body, and breath. After completing my teacher training in 2017, I have been instructing ever since.
While my classes are physically engaging, my true emphasis is linking breath to movement and practicing with intention and purpose. Rather than teaching only a traditional Vinyasa flow, I place a strong focus on standing and balancing postures - staying in the pose long enough to invite presence and concentration rather than rushing through it. This approach builds stability, awareness, and control, not just movement.
My goal is to help students develop strength, balance, and mindful movement they can carry beyond the mat into everyday life.
