200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

A journey into Self through the body.

Designed for aspiring teachers, dedicated practitioners, and those ready to deepen their relationship with themselves, this training is an immersive experience in embodiment, transformation, and leadership.​​

Through movement, philosophy, anatomy, practice teaching, somatic exploration, and community immersion, you will cultivate the tools to teach yoga with confidence while awakening the teacher within.

Training Includes:​

• 8 immersive weekends meeting every other weekend
• Weekly meet-ups designed to deepen learning and integration (meetup Sundays 12-2pm in between Training weekends)
• Practice teaching and mentorship
• Anatomy, philosophy, sequencing, energetics, and leadership development
• A culminating 4-day immersion retreat in Mount Shasta

Meetups are at Auburn Studio, unless otherwise noted.

Integration Sessions:​​

Every Sunday between Training weekends, we meet 11-1pm in Auburn to dive deeper into the learning. Meetups are at EWY Auburn.

• 8 Training Weekends = 104

• Integration Sessions= 16

• Mount Shasta Retreat= 40

• Class Attendance = 24

• Practice Teaching/Homework = 8

• Reading/Reflection Assignments = 12
